Our selection methodology is a competency-based interview, every candidate applying for either a permanent or temporary position undergoes the following comprehensive selection process:

• Telephone Screening: Candidates are thoroughly screened telephonically and invited to our offices for a comprehensive face-to-face interview with our recruitment consultants.

• In-depth competency based interview: We ascertain what type of position they require, what career path they would like to follow, obtain detailed information on their work experience and complete a skills profile. We also assess the type of company for which they are most suited.


• Confidential References and Verifications: We contact their past employers and other referees to obtain confidential references on their work performance and skills as specified by our clients.

• Credit and Criminal Verification: At a client’s request we can undertake credit and criminal record checks through our on line service with acredible service provider.

• Qualification Checks: All completed qualifications and matric certificates are verified through our online service with credible service providers.
